Cardiac cycle AR APP

This project began during the COVID-19 period in collaboration with the dedicated teachers from Christ Church Secondary School (CCS). Initially, the app was a fully Android- and iOS-based Augmented Reality (AR) platform, developed by me. With valuable feedback and insights from the CCS teachers, we continuously improved the app, collecting significant statistical data along the way.

During this period, we had the privilege of presenting and demonstrating the app to Master Teachers from NIE, as well as educators from a range of secondary and primary schools, including the prestigious Raffles Institution (RI).

Later, I started working closely with RI to create a completely new project based on the foundation of the original app. With my amazing colleague, Dr. Aung [ Aung Ye Kyaw ], we fine-tuned the app with input from RI’s Master Teachers. The journey was both fun and challenging, and I’m thrilled to say it resulted in a highly successful project.

Today, under MOE guidance, the app is being used by esteemed institutions such as Raffles Institution, Nanyang Girls’ High School, and others.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had this opportunity, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to my boss and mentor, Prof. Cai from NTU, for his unwavering support throughout this journey.

This project has been an amazing learning experience, and I’m excited to see where this path leads next!
